Northern accent is the standard accent in Vietnam. It is widely used in official materials and songs. While southern accent is widely used in the south of Vietnam. In business, If your business target is North of Vietnam (i.e Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh etc.) the northern Vietnamese voice talents are the most suitable persons.
